Poisonous bile is scenery left behind by the Maggot King's ranged attack. Standing on the bile deals minor damage, and drains the player's poison immunity by 45 seconds. It remains where it lands until it is covered over with carrion or stepped on.
If the Maggot King attacks with magic, sticky bile are instead left behind.
