The Sorcerer's Tower is a four-story tower south of Seers' Village. It is the residence of Thormac the sorcerer.

At the Sorcerer's Tower, players may begin the Scorpion Catcher quest by talking to Thormac, the completion of which allows the player to pay Thormac 40,000 coins to enchant any elemental battlestaff into a mystic staff.

There are a few ways to get to the tower. They all require a some running from the suggested teleport points.

• Use the Kandarin headgear 3+ teleport to Sherlock.
• The Ardougne cloak 2+ teleport to Ardougne farm
• The Achievement diary cape teleport to the flax keeper.
• The quest point cape teleport to the Legends' Guild.
• The fairy ring code BLR to the Legends' Guild.
• The combat bracelet teleport to the Ranging Guild.
• Enter the west portal on the 2^nd floor of the Wizards' Guild.

The Sorcerer's Tower used to be popular with players with high Woodcutting, as it contains the second largest number of magic trees in one area (4), as well as being fairly easily accessible. There are also three magic trees directly north-west, behind the tower. Since the addition of the Woodcutting guild, it became deserted, however since the release of Forestry it has become popular once again.

There is also a knife spawn at the ground floor and 3 flax plants in the garden where the Magic Trees are. The closest bank to the Sorcerer's Tower is inside the Legends' Guild. The second closest bank is in Seers' Village.

A clue from a clue scroll leads to the 1^st floor of this tower. "Read 'how to breed scorpions' by O.W.Thathurt", Search the northern bookcase on the 1^st floor to unlock the next clue scroll in your treasure trail.
