Perfect Scurrius is a medium combat achievement which requires the player to kill Scurrius in a private instance without taking damage from his Tail Swipe and Falling Bricks attacks, whilst praying correctly against his ranged and magic attacks.
Strategy
Players should always have Protect from Melee active, or a way to bind Scurrius repeatedly to dodge his Tail Swipe. The Falling Bricks attack gives ample warning to dodge, and his magic and ranged attacks will only deal damage on impact, so players can pray against them even after the projectile is launched.
Using ranged or magic allows players to stand further away from the rat king, reducing the chance of an off-prayer melee hit.
