Efficient Pest Control is a medium combat achievement which requires the player to kill six giant rats in Scurrius' lair in 3 seconds.
Strategy
While the achievement states that it must be done in 3 seconds, the timer starts after the first rat kill, allowing for the use of a rat bone weapon to kill all six rats within the time frame. When using the Bone shortbow or Bone staff, it is recommended to attack the rats from furthest to nearest due to the projectile travel time.
Another method is letting the rats gather around Scurrius, and then using Dinh's bulwark's special attack on Scurrius.
An affordable alternative approach is to kill Scurrius, then use 2 rune thrownaxe specials back to back on the giant rats.
