Nagua Negation is a hard combat achievement which requires the player to kill Amoxliatl without taking any damage.
Strategy
The initial ice spikes that strike the player can be negated with Protect from Magic, and all other sources of damage deal typeless damage, but are avoidable.
Players can also easily avoid icy pools by dragging her two tiles after she initiates her attack:
