I Would Simply React is a master combat achievement which requires the player to defeat Phosani's Nightmare without having it disable their prayers.
Strategy
The prayer disabling mechanic only takes place in phase 3, doing so prior to launching an incoming attack; players need only deactivate their protection prayer right after the attack lands.
