A grindstone found within the Giants' Foundry, it is used to shape sword preforms during the minigame. It is never the first station to be used when starting a new sword. The grindstone is represented by the colour orange, and is used when the temperature and progress gauges are in orange regions on the Giants' Foundry interface. If the preform is against the grindstone when either gauge is outside of that range then it will deal damage to it, reducing the quality of the sword. Unlike the other stations, while using the grindstone the preform's temperature will increase after every increment to the progress.

Initially it is unusable, however during the quest Sleeping Giants, the player repairs the grindstone using a chisel.
