Fresh Start Worlds was a seasonal event that started on 19 October 2022 and ended on 18 April 2023. It ran on a separate set of servers than the standard worlds, requiring a new account that did not play Old School RuneScape before. Both free-to-play players and members could play on Fresh Start Worlds.
Unlike the RuneScape counterpart, Fresh Start Worlds did not feature any increased experience rates, in-game buffs, or rewards. They did however feature "Achievement Points", earned through completing quests, bossing, achievement diaries, or clue scrolls. These points were solely to help keep players motivated and were not redeemable for anything.
At the end of the event, accounts were transferred to standard game worlds, retaining game progress including any stats and most items which were earned through Fresh Start Worlds.
Account transfer
Accounts that were created on a Fresh Start World have been automatically transferred into the main game on 18 April 2023. The only exceptions are accounts that had any active Grand Exchange offers on a Fresh Start World. These offers have been automatically cancelled but players can reclaim the items by logging into World 423 (Members) or 565 (F2P). All cancelled Grand Exchange offers must be reclaimed before an account can be migrated to the main game.

As of 18 April 2023, these worlds are no longer fresh start worlds, with only the ones mentioned in the above section being Fresh Start Worlds.
The Blast Furnace was automated on Fresh Start Worlds 423, 426, 459, 472, 473, 566, and 567.
