Fortified is a hard combat achievement which requires the player to defeat a Moon without consuming any supplies.
Strategy
The Blue Moon's special attacks are not particularly dangerous, and receives the most extra damage from multi-hit special attacks, such as the Dragon dagger. Make sure you drink a Moonlight or combat potion and are full HP prior to entering the arena.
