A duck can be found next to Arhein on the dock in Catherby. Arhein found this duck to assist him in tracking sea currents, but a recently implemented by-law prevents him from using it.
During Current Affairs, the player helps get the by-law amended, allowing them to use the duck to chart currents found across Gielinor's waters.
