Diseased coral was a Farming crop found in the Sailing alpha game files. Though coral farming was not accessible during the alpha, it was likely intended to be the diseased form of elkhorn, pillar, and umbral coral planted in a coral patch. It has a prune option to return the coral to health, or else it will eventually turn into dead coral. In the actual release of coral farming, each type of coral has distinct diseased variants, so the alpha variants were never released.
