A cupboard can be found in the basement of the witch's house in Taverley. It is used during the Witch's House quest to retrieve a magnet in order to catch a mouse. In order to access the cupboard, the player must be wearing an appropriate pair of gloves in order to open an electrified gate, and avoid taking damage.
