Carol was an ice troll who was found in the Christmas factory during the 2016 Christmas event of 2016. Part of the event included trying to re-ignite her Christmas spirit.
She came from Weiss to become a business troll, but ended up overworking her workers. After a visit from the player dressed as a ghost, she quit and returned to Weiss, which would be added to the game nearly 2 years later with the Making Friends with My Arm quest.
