Thammaron's throne can be found in Thammaron's throne room accessible via the portal inside the Ruins of Uzer, accessed during The Golem and Shadow of the Storm quests.
Using a chisel and hammer, players can remove two sapphires, two emeralds and two rubies from it for a profit of 2,960.
