The Spurned Hero is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to kill Zalcano as the player who has dealt the most damage to her.
The achievement checks for the amount of mining damage dealt to Zalcano after breaking her stone armour, rather than checking whether the player is the MVP for that kill (i.e. the one who receives the infernal ashes upon defeating her).
