The Cloister Bell is a bell found on the rooftop of the Slayer Tower. It is used to initiate the fight with the Grotesque Guardians. A kill count of five is required to initiate the 'Quick-start' option. Interacting with the bell during the fight has no effect, beyond the game message Concentrate on your fight!
Upon starting the fight with the Echo Grotesque Guardians in the Raging Echoes League, the guardians are faced immediately and the bell is not needed to initiate the fight. When Echo Dusk reaches 150 hitpoints, he will slam the player against the bell, ringing the bell as a result.
