Telescope dummy is an interface item that can be seen in the quest reward scroll for Observatory Quest.
Previously the Observatory Quest used a custom interface to depict the model of the telescope. The quest reward scroll interface was updated in 2005 to only allow for items to be shown. As a result, this telescope item had to be created. The actual item cannot be obtained by players.
Trivia
- Although the telescope that it depicts was graphically updated in 2007, this item still uses the original appearance.
