The Sailing book is an unobtainable item released alongside The Tourist Trap quest. It appears in the chatbox when searching a bookshelf in Captain Siad's office upstairs in the Desert Mining Camp. After having seen the sailing book, players can talk to the Captain about his interest in sailing. While telling his many stories about sailing he becomes distracted, allowing players to steal the technical plans from his chest.
