Rapid Reload is an elite combat achievement which requires the player to hit three tormented demons within three seconds using a ballista or crossbow.
Strategy
The simplest way to complete this achievement is to use the Hunters' crossbow or Hunters' sunlight crossbow set to rapid attack style. Stand near three demons, and attack them each in succession starting from the one furthest from you (it must be at max distance or further). Their prayers and shields are irrelevant for this method.
The likely intended way to complete this achievement is to use the tormented demon's unique mechanics to gain attack speed bonuses. To complete this achievement using these mechanics, the player must engage three demons at once and hit them in rapid succession after they've dropped their fire shields. There are two triple-combat zones where the player can attempt the achievement, both of which are in the south-west section of the temple.
One way to set up the demons is to use a blowpipe set to rapid attack style to engage three unoccupied demons before proceeding to attack them all with a crossbow or ballista after their fire shield animation has played. Attack them each in succession starting from the one furthest from you for the best chance of success (due to the longer travel time of the missiles).
