The present was an item used during the 3rd birthday event. It was given to the player by Sir Tiffy Cashien, who assumes they were the courier he summoned. The present was intended for his grandson, Ebel Lum, whom the player was supposed to deliver to, but it was brought to the gnome child in Lumbridge instead. Attempting to open it before speaking to the gnome child resulted in the message This isn't for me to open!

The present contained a gnome child hat. Players who did not participate in the previous birthday events would have also received the cow outfit and a war ship.
