The monkey on unicorn is a monkey riding a unicorn, during the 2021 Birthday event the player must capture the monkey on the unicorn's back.
After capturing the monkey on the unicorn's back, the player receives a unicorn's caged monkey.

Trivia
- The examine text is making fun at the fact that, famously, there are no horses in RuneScape.
- The monkey's line "Oh, you're approaching me?" and the framing of the cutscene at that moment is a reference to Dio Brando's line in Hirohiko Araki's 1986 manga JoJo's Bizzare Adventure.
