Lord Marshal Brogan can be found at the far south-west corner of Feldip Hills, near the entrance to the Myths' Guild, close to a spirit tree. He stands near a fire along with Altarkiz. When spoken to, he will reveal he is looking for a good place to mobilise his army.

• Lord Marshal Brogan is a reference to a character of the same name in RuneScape 3, where he appeared as part of the Mobilising Armies minigame. The minigame was located in the same area of the Feldip Hills where Brogan stands in Old School RuneScape and was added to RuneScape 2 on 8 July 2009, but both it and Brogan were removed from RuneScape 3 on 3 December 2018.
