The Karamjan monkey is an item obtained by selecting the "Transform" option upon right-clicking a Monkey.

Players must have completed 100 laps on the Ape Atoll Agility Course before they can transform their monkey into a Karamjan monkey; laps must be done after completion of Monkey Madness II, as Bobawu will not track them before the quest's completion.
