The Kandarin windmill is a windmill located north of East Ardougne and east of the Fishing Guild. The windmill can be used to grind grain into flour. There is a wheat field located at the nearby farm to the south of the windmill.

On the ground floor of the mill there is a flour bin into which all the milled flour is poured. On the 1^st floor there are millstones, which grind grain to make flour. On the 2^nd floor there is the hopper into which grain is put and the hopper controls which control the flow of the grain from the hopper to the millstones. To mill flour, a player will need grain and an empty pot to collect the flour.

During the Freeing Sir Amik Varze subquest of Recipe for Disaster, a windmill must be used to grind sweetcorn into a pot of cornflour.

The top floor of the Kandarin windmill is the location of an easy emote clue.

• The animation of the windmill stutters between the end and beginning animation, allowing a half second to pass before starting the animation over.
