Human food is scenery found during a cutscene when reading the lectern in The Path of Glouphrie quest. During the cutscene, the Advisor to King Bolrie devises a plan to frame Argenthorg as unfit to serve as king. By creating the illusion of human food on the Gnome tables, Argenthorg would appear to love humans more than his own kind. After Yewnock turns on his machine, the illusion is revealed and the human food disappears from the tables.
