Hewey is Abigale's boyfriend, whom the player can speak to to begin the Misthalin Mystery quest. He can be found at the south-east corner of Lumbridge Swamp.
He was attacked by an unknown figure before escaping from a house party in a spooky mansion on a faraway island.
At the end of the Misthalin Mystery quest, players discover he and Abigale were the Killer all along; he is simply an accomplice, and was acting injured. However, after an argument about her selfishness, he is killed by Abigale.
