Troll herb patches are a type of Farming patch located at the Troll Stronghold and Weiss that can be used to grow disease-free herbs. The Troll Stronghold patch is watched by My Arm and requires the completion of My Arm's Big Adventure; the Weiss patch requires building the Fire of Nourishment. They function the same as regular herb patches but the herbs can never become diseased or die.
Despite the herbs never becoming diseased, the game files contain both diseased and dead variants that can never be seen in game.
