Harder Mode II is a grandmaster combat achievement which requires the player to defeat Xarpus in hard mode after letting the exhumed heal him to full and without anyone taking any damage from him.
Strategy
Harder Mode II is essentially the same as following Perfect Xarpus in normal mode, apart from having much less space to move around in general. As with normal mode, landing dragon warhammer and bandos godsword hits are essential for this task, which is fortunately easier in hard mode as Xarpus' Defence drops to 200 from 250.
Once Xarpus starts the screeching phase, the achievement can be easily completed.
