Jarvis' gravestone can be found in the Lumbridge Graveyard. However, it is only visible to players who failed to save Jarvis during the 2017 Halloween event. For players who did not participate in the event or participated and did not let Jarvis die, the gravestone is replaced by a bush.
This also affects the answer to the medium clue scroll step in which Father Aereck asks how many graves are present in the graveyard, with the answer becoming 20 (instead of 19) for players who failed to save Jarvis.
