General Wartface is located in the dinning hall of Lumbridge Castle during Recipe for Disaster. The player must inspect either of the goblin generals to start the Freeing the Goblin generals subquest. To start the subquest the completion of the Goblin Diplomacy quest is required.

To finish the subquest, a slop of compromise must be used on either of the generals.
