Faithless Crypt Run is a hard combat achievement which requires the player to kill all six Barrows Brothers and loot the Barrows chest without ever having more than 0 Prayer points.
Strategy
If the player enters the first coffin room with any amount of prayer points, it will not count, even if all prayer points are drained before summoning the first brother.
The melee brothers can be frozen to reduce the amount of damage taken, leaving only Karil and Ahrim able to damage the player.
Note that the player cannot hop worlds when doing this achievement, as it checks both digging to enter the crypt, and the kill itself.[1]
If the player dies while attempting this achievement, their stat reset on respawn will result in more than 0 prayer, causing the achievement to fail.
