The drill sergeant can be found in the Shayzien Encampment. She can be seen training 31 soldiers with various regimens, with one soldier, New Recruit Tony, avoiding the training session as he believes it to be too intense.

She has 7 commands she will shout at her soldiers, and demonstrate the action, after which all of the recruits will repeat the action 5 times before she says a new command. The commands are as follows:

  • Star jumps!
  • Sit-ups!
  • Push-ups!
  • Punch!
  • Kick!
  • Block!
  • Deflect!
