Betty's notes are obtained from Betty during Ethically Acquired Antiquities. They are the request of a grey-haired man who stole Xerna's Diadem.

Based on the notes, it can be deciphered to the runes used for casting Varrock Teleport. The first line refers to law runes that let the player teleport but are not used for combat spells, the second line refers to air runes that let the player cast Telekinetic Grab, and finally the third line refers to fire runes that aren't used in Bones to Bananas but are used in Alchemy spells.
