William is a cape merchant who sells team capes at his shop, William's Wilderness Cape Shop. His capes have the box symbol, as well as the numbers 1, 11, 21, 31, or 41.
William typically roams level 42-52 Wilderness, and can usually be found walking just outside the Lava Dragon Isle. However, he has a very wide wander range; he may sometimes appear at the Demonic Ruins, south of the Resource Area, or even wander near the black chinchompa hunting area.
