The unnamed island north of the Mausoleum is an inaccessible island which was added to the game with the pre-release for Sailing, two weeks before the skill was officially released. The island was updated from a blank landmass to have features with the 2026 Easter update.

The island features a number of assets from other locations, including the pine trees from Shayzien, the tent from the the Garden of Death, and an unused variant of the trees from the Enchanted Valley, which spawns tree spirits.
