The stone head is a quest item used during Enakhra's Lament. It is made by using a chisel on a 5 kg piece of granite. There are four choices to use as the head of the statue: a camel, Lazim, Icthlarin, or Zamorak. The head can then be put on the top of the statue, causing it to cave in. This item cannot be reobtained after Enakhra's Lament is completed.
