The Fallen statue can be found during the Enakhra's Lament quest after succesfully building a statue which falls through the ground, opening Enakhra's Temple.

Players can use a chisel on the statue to remove its limbs. Players will then receive either a stone left arm, stone right arm, stone left leg or stone right leg. These limbs are needed to proceed in the quest.
