River (Waterfall Dungeon)

River is scenery found at the Baxtorian Falls and forms a small portion of the River Dougne. It can be accessed by boarding the log raft behind Almera's house. The river has an option to "swim", which will cause the player to attempt to swim to the small island further down the river. However, this will always fail and the player will be washed away. Instead, the proper way to reach the next island is to use a rope on the rock downstream.

Attempting to swim in the river will print the message "You swim out into the water..." followed by "...but the current is too strong, washing you downstream.". The player will wash up on the shore some distance to the south.
