The player-owned houses glitch was a glitch that occurred on 9 December 2020.

After the 2020 Christmas Event update, various player-owned house furniture had disappeared for many players. This was hotfixed less than an hour after the update.[1]

The day after the glitch, Jagex did another update to fix an issue with spirit trees that was causing the tree not to be central in their superior garden when decorated.[2]
