Palms are trees that are found on the remote island next to the injured Tortugan. They can be shaken for a palm leaf, which is used to make makeshift bandages during the Troubled Tortugans quest.

Unlike leafy palm trees, there is no cooldown period before you can shake the same tree again, meaning you can repeatedly shake the same tree to rapidly obtain palm leaves.
