The old dwarf is found in the cliffs just outside Lovakengj, between the Lovakite mine and The Forsaken Tower. He will tell players that he was attacked by the skeletons south of him, and that he was a former tinker who had his wares stolen.

After using Jewellery of jubilation on Kharedst's memoirs, it can be used on him to uncover additional dialogue, revealing that he is the one who sold the cursed flask to King Kharedst IV.
