Milkee is a Wester Bunny and the assistant of Chocco. He is also Chocco's brother, which may mean that Milkee is also a child of the Easter Bunny.
2017
During the 2017 Easter event, he was found in the cave underneath Wester Island. He told players the ingredients required for certain flavoured easter eggs, as well as how to make them.
2018
During the 2018 Easter event, he was found in the warrens south of Falador, and gave players a quiz in order to obtain an idol of their choosing.
