Log storage units can be found at every balloon station. They are used to store logs, and are able to hold 100 each of Normal logs, Oak logs, Willow logs, Yew logs, and Magic logs. All log storages share the same contents. Players can interact with the log storages to store logs, change their preferences (whether the game uses logs from the storage or the player's inventory), and check the number of each log stored in the storages. The logs can be stored in noted form. Note that once logs are added they cannot be withdrawn.

Filling the log storage entirely costs 95,700 coins, with Magic logs accounting for 76,400 of that cost.

• When the log storages were initially released, their appearances resembled those of the many crates found all over Gielinor. They were graphically updated to their current design in a later update.
