A Lever is an item obtained while using the Dorgesh-Kaan agility course. Turgall, the goblin in charge of maintaining the city's power station, sends players over to an abandoned station to retrieve spare parts. The lever, along with the cog and the power box, is one of the heavy items that can only be brought back via the main agility route.

Teleporting out of the agility course with the item will also cause it to break.
