Leon's champion scroll is an unobtainable item added to the game alongside the Champions' Challenge minigame. Presumably, the player would have needed a formal challenge before they could fight Leon d'Cour, the human Champion of Champions. For unknown reasons, this was removed, and the item has never been obtainable in Old School RuneScape.

It can still be seen in the reward interface that appears after defeating Leon d'Cour.
