Kelda hops are used in the quest Forgettable Tale.... They are grown by planting Kelda seeds in the farming patch in Keldagrim, and are used to make Kelda stout.

Harvesting Kelda hops grants 10 Farming experience.

If during the quest the player loses their hops, they can go back to Rind the gardener and he will give them the required amount.
