The Hole is found in the Lumbridge Swamp Caves. It is a passageway between caves and the tunnels leading to the Lumbridge Castle cellar. The Lost Tribe quest must be started in order to use this passageway, and a pickaxe must be brought the first time going through.

Attempting to go through the hole before starting the quest gives the message "The tunnel is blocked with rocks." and using a pickaxe on it gives the message "The rubble is too compact for you to dig through from this side."
