Fluffs' kitten is a quest item used only in Gertrude's Cat. It is found in one of the mewing crates in the Lumber Yard.

The kitten must be used on Fluffs to progress. If the player drop the kitten, it will become an NPC and run off into crates again, forcing the player to search for it again.
