Dried cocoa is an item used during the 2019 Easter event. It can be found by talking to the Travelling merchant and delivering him the crate of baskets. The crate of baskets can be found by talking to the Shop keeper in the Al Kharid general store. The dried cocoa is then given to the Easter Bunny.
