The diving bell is a scenery object found in the Red Reef's seafloor. Players can use the diving bell to leave the seafloor.

According to one of the displays in the Red Reef Trading Company's headquarters, the diving bell was invented by its founder, Spencer Brentwood, under the name of the "Brentwood Diving Bell".[1]
